Flowermound Pumpkin Patch 2008

Today we hit up the Flowermound Pumpkin Patch with our friends Beth and her boys. We had a really great time! The boys got to get into all kinds of things, check it out!

I babysat for my friends two boys on saturday, and just wanted to share two pics I was able to snap. I didn't get one of M, but couldn't resist B in the wagon and then D climbed in too.

Last night was Beth and I's monthly splurge, we had it at Saltgrass Steakhouse. There are some pics over on my Daily BDizzle page, but here are a few of D being silly, and one of me and my little man.

A day at the State Fair of Texas!

Today, D and I, and Teresa and J, hit up the State Fair of Texas. We had a great time! We even saw another DAM mom there too!

First up, HAVE to ride the big ferris wheel, The Texas Star!

Off we go! D is in awe at the scenery...

After that, we stopped for some lunch...pizza all around...and no lunch at the fair is complete without...FUNNEL CAKE! D and I split one.

D was sleepy, he doesn't look too impressed...

And hit up the kids barnyard...D was WAY impressed with this huge tortoise

He was very sweet feeding this goat

Yeah, it wouldn't even LOOK at him...lol

He was quite perturbed that this one ignored him...

He came right over to eat from the guy next to me...

I title this one "Contentment"

We did a whole lot of walking after this, and even went through the cattle...this little guy was just going to town...lol

And this is the ONLY child that passed out on the way home...no thanks to D tryna mess with him...LOL
